Vendor Polices

Metro Pop Events are based in Geek/Anime/Animation/Furry & Other Internet Subculture related Merchandise & ArtworkTable Fee $20 USD for (1) 6' FT Booth

NO MLMS - This is primarily an ARTIST ALLEY that promotes artists that create their own peices or mass produce their own designs/merchandise.
3D PRINTED GOODS - Must be officially have permission and be in direct contact (not just a purchase) receipt from the artist themselves. Buying Models to print that you had no involvement in the creation of the model is strictly/Direct Ownership NOT ALLOWED.
-All Anime/Animation Merchandise such as Figures & Collectibles If not made by yourself must be officially licensed
(No Fakies/Bootlegs allowed) Customized toys/figures are accepted.
- NO FUNKO POPS : We want this market to be merchandise that is not commonly found in superstores & markets.

Artist Portfolio Guidelines
Use your Convention Portfolio
Can be hosted on Carrd.Co (Free), ArtStation, Website, STRICTLY portfolio based.

This is different from an Average Art portfolio that includes
- Previous booth set ups (if you do not have one drawing of it or 3D model of it will work)
- Examples of Merchandise/Art Pieces
Please don't exaggerate on what you are going to bring, if you do not currently have examples artwork will work fine. prototypes are acceptable
- If applicable Previous Events/Shows
These can be any events (School conventions, pop ups,etc) that you have sold at previously. It is not an requirement but will show if you have experience.

Music must be kept at an low volume or not at all, as this can be an already overstimulating environment for our attendees and fellow vendors. Music/Loud noise will make it more difficult for other vendors to take transactions.Internet - Wifi will be accessible through the campus and should work for any portable terminal device.Electricity - Most likely not needed but in the case you would like it, it will cost additional pricing will be updated to reflect the price.
